Carolina Conde

Qualified in Early Childhood and Primary Education, with a diploma in Montessori Pedagogy and certified in Positive Discipline in the classroom.

From the beginning of her training, she felt a deep passion for education, but soon realized she did not want to follow the traditional path. This curiosity led her to explore alternative educational approaches, discovering in Montessori Pedagogy a philosophy that resonated with her vision of a more respectful and mindful education that trusts in the potential of human beings from early childhood.

With over 6 years of classroom experience, always in respectful schools both within and outside Spain, she has had the opportunity to play a meaningful role in processes aimed at improving educational quality. She has held key roles in the creation and development of innovative schools and educational projects. Moreover, driven by her characteristic enthusiasm and her desire to contribute to the shift in the educational paradigm, she has participated in research with the University of Valladolid and the COTEC Foundation on teaching thought processes.

Carolina considers herself fortunate to have found a path where she can support children from a holistic, integrative, and mindful perspective, enjoying daily life in the classroom with great joy (and also great responsibility). As an enthusiast of transformative education, she always works with the goal of inspiring both educators and children to reach their full potential. She carries the commitment to nurture brilliant minds, compassionate hearts, and curious spirits toward a future full of infinite possibilities.

Additionally, in her free time, she enjoys sewing, reading, and meditating… looking inward to continue supporting others outwardly.
