Carolina Conde

Holds a degree in Early Childhood and Primary Education, a diploma in Montessori Pedagogy, and is certified in Positive Discipline in the classroom.

From the beginning of her training, she felt a deep passion for education, but she soon realized that she didn’t want to follow the traditional path. This restlessness led her to explore other educational approaches, finding in Montessori Pedagogy a philosophy that resonated with her vision of a more respectful and conscious education that trusts in the potential of human beings from early childhood.

With more than six years of experience supporting students in the classroom, always in respectful schools both in Spain and abroad, she has had the opportunity to be significantly involved in processes of improving educational quality and has played key roles in the creation and development of innovative schools and educational projects. Furthermore, driven by her characteristic enthusiasm and the desire to continue paving the way in the educational paradigm shift, she has participated in research with the University of Valladolid and the COTEC Foundation on teacher thought processes.

Carolina considers herself fortunate to have found a path that allows her to guide children from a holistic, inclusive, and mindful perspective, enjoying each day in the classroom with great joy (and also with a great sense of responsibility). A passionate advocate for transformative education, she always works with the goal of inspiring both educators and children to reach their full potential. She is committed to nurturing bright minds, compassionate hearts, and adventurous spirits toward a future filled with infinite possibilities.

In her free time, she loves to sew, read, and meditate—turning inward so she can continue to guide others outward.
